About Wine Island

Aloha !

Sydney-siders have been slipping into their tropical best and trading in the bustling city life for an idyllic day in vino paradise at the award-winning Wine Island Sydney since 2015.

Wine Island Sydney is 3-day food and wine festival that attracts wine connoisseurs and adventurous day trippers alike to this small and picturesque island on the harbour, as it’s transformed into a luxurious oasis of premium wines, beer, food, cocktails, silent discos, masterclasses, music, treasure hunts and so much more.

All holidaymakers are transferred to the event by the Fever-Tree Ferries whilst enjoying a cocktail on their voyage to paradise.  Once on the island, holidaymakers can discover over 100 unique wines attracting some of Australia’s most talented winemakers and favourite food producers to bring together an exceptional level of epicurean quality.

Guests can choose the session to suit their schedule, with a lunchtime session 10am – 2pm and a sunset session 4pm – 8pm, daily.

This exquisite yet relatively untouched oasis is a small island so only a limited number of ‘holidaymakers’ can attend the event, always giving Wine Island that first-class feeling and allowing guests to take time to interact with winemakers. Relaxed seating areas complement the stunning harbour backdrop and provide deluxe spaces for everyone to ‘drink’ in the festival atmosphere.

We hope to welcome you to Wine Island !
