DELIVERY OF PHYSICAL GOODS<\/strong><\/p>Mt Duneed Estate\u00a0uses Fastway Couriers and Australia Post to deliver physical goods.\u00a0 Deliveries are processed promptly upon receipt of full payment. \u00a0Delivery may take between 2 and 14 days, depending on location and the delivery method.\u00a0<\/p>
We can deliver within Australia only.\u00a0 Orders outside of Victoria require a minimum order of 12 bottles to deliver.\u00a0 Deliveries cannot be made on weekends or public holidays.\u00a0 If you are unsure whether we can deliver to the area you live in, please contact us.\u00a0 Please provide instructions for delivery if you are not at home.<\/p>
Please note that all Australia Post deliveries to rural areas will be left at the local Post Office.\u00a0 For ease of delivery and tracking, we prefer that where possible, you provide a Business Delivery Address.\u00a0 Your purchases can then be delivered during normal business hours and signed for upon receipt.\u00a0<\/p>
Occasionally Australia Post may leave your purchases at the local Post Office as they have been unable to deliver to your specified delivery address.\u00a0 In this instance Australia Post will leave a calling card for you, advising the location of your purchases.\u00a0 If Australia Post does not hear from you within 7 days of leaving a calling card, they will contact Mt Duneed Estate to clarify further action.<\/p>
The goods will not be delivered to persons under the age of eighteen (18) years.\u00a0 We may request that the person who receives the goods provide satisfactory evidence of proof of age.\u00a0 We will refuse to deliver the goods if a person receiving the goods is unable or unwilling to provide evidence of proof of age.<\/p>
Anyone at the nominated delivery address who receives the goods is presumed to be authorised to receive the goods.<\/p>
While we will use all reasonable endeavours to deliver by any requested or agreed date, we do not guarantee delivery on that date and we are not liable for any loss resulting from late delivery.<\/p>
If we are advised that the carrier is unable to deliver the goods, we will then attempt to contact you to arrange re-delivery.<\/p>
RISK AND TITLE<\/strong><\/p>Risk and title in the goods passes to you upon delivery of the goods to the Delivery Address.<\/p>
PRICE<\/strong><\/p>All prices are quoted in Australian Dollars (AUS$) and include GST.<\/p>
Our prices are subject to change \u2013 the price payable for the goods is the price applicable on the date when we confirm your order.<\/p>
The quoted price does not include the delivery and handling fee (if applicable) in respect of each order.\u00a0 The total amount payable is the price for each of the goods together with the applicable delivery and handling fee.<\/p>
WINE IS A DELICATE COMMODITY<\/strong><\/p>Wine is a perishable commodity.\u00a0 Wine does not like extremes of temperature: hot humid summer and cold winter weather may adversely affect the condition of your wine during shipment.\u00a0 Mt Duneed Estate is not responsible for, and will not replace wine that is damaged by extreme weather conditions during shipment.\u00a0 When your wine order is picked up by the common carrier for delivery, responsibility for the wine becomes the responsibility of the purchaser.<\/p>
LIQUOR ACT<\/strong><\/p>Under Australian law, you must be 18 years or older, to order or receive alcoholic beverages from Mt Duneed Estate.\u00a0 It is an offence to sell, supply or obtain liquor on behalf of a person under the age of 18.<\/p>
Victorian Liquor Licence number 32603252 Mt Duneed Estate encourages a responsible attitude to the consumption of alcohol.<\/p>
Wines purchased from Mt Duneed Estate are not for resale unless previously authorised, and are for personal consumption only.<\/p>
CREDIT CARD CHARGES<\/strong><\/p>Orders are by credit card only.\u00a0 We accept Visa, Mastercard and American Express.\u00a0 A tax invoice\/receipt will be issued by email when your order has been processed.<\/p>
ORDERING ONLINE<\/strong><\/p>Ordering securely online is the quickest and easiest method to purchase your Mt Duneed Estate selection of products.\u00a0 Your credit card details are not stored in our system, but are encrypted and passed through our payment gateway and onto the bank where they are securely decrypted<\/p>
